Much more than a simple massage, a clinical reflexology treatment is a therapeutic practice based on the fact that each area of ​​feet, face, ears and hands refers to a part of the body. How many sessions are necessary?

Accepted Answer

There are no definite answer to this questions are every case and every individual is unique.
Nevertheless, it is sometimes necessary to have a number of sessions close together to feel the desired benefits. The sessions will be spaced out as the general condition improves.

Are there any contraindictions to reflexology?

Accepted Answer

Reflexology is not suitable for you if you have any of the following conditions:

Total contraindications
Thrombosis / DVT    
Unstable heart condition       
Imminent medical Test
Drugs or alcohol (under influence) 
Undergoing active radiotherapy
Contagious or notifiable diseases

Local contraindication  
Phlebitis / Cellulitis           
Varicose Veins severe
Verrucae and Warts
Injury to feet

For face reflexology, no botox should have been done 3 weeks prior any treatment.

Question 4

Do I need to get undressed?

Accepted Answer

For reflexology, you do not need to get undressed. You just need to be on your bare foot for feet reflexology.

Question 5

How is organised a home session?

Accepted Answer

You don't need to worry about anything.

I will come directly at the address you indicated with all the necessary equipement. 
You will recline on my comfortable chair, I will sit on my rotating stool.

Please note that I would need a room of around 2.30 m x 2 m for installing my equipment. 
A quiet, clean, tidy and warm place would be appreciate to get the maximum of benefice of the treatment.

How can I pay?

Payments options are credit/debit bank cards, Online Paypal, mobile payments, bank transfers, and cash.
Deposit payments or gift cards payments throught the website are credit/debit bank cards and online Paypal only.

Question 7

What is the cancellation & rescheduling policy?

Accepted Answer

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling of mobile appointment (home visit) and a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointment in treatment rooms.
A £20 deposit is required for each treatment (considered included in the upfront payment for a package of 6 sessions).

For home visits: 
- With more than 48 hours' notice, I will reschedule your appointment or fully refund your deposit.
- With between 48 and 24 hours' notice, 50% of the deposit will be retained. The remaining £10 will either be refunded or credited towards a future deposit, at your discretion.
- With less than 24 hours' notice or in case of no-show (incorrect address or absence from home upon my arrival), the deposit will be retained in full, no refund will be issued and the remaining balance will be due.

For treatment room options
- With more than 24 hours' notice, I will reschedule your appointment or fully refund your deposit.
- With less than 24 hours' notice or in case of no-show, the deposit will be retained in full, no refund will be issued and the remaining balance will be due.

Question 8

What about Health & Safety, Confidentiality and Data Protection ?

Hygiene is very important to me, I respect high standard of hygiene.
I have established the necessary risk assessments related to my activity and I follow them.
In accordance of the GDPR legislation, the information will be retained securely by me and will be held for 7 years as per recommendation of my insurance company.
