Auricular Reflexology and ear seeding

Auricular (Ear) Reflexology is not as widely known as Reflexology for the feet, hands and face. It considers that the ear is a mirror representation of the organs, hence its comparison with an inverted fetus.
The points of the ear are directly linked to the central nervous system via the brainstem. There are more than 200 points per auricle. Stimulation of these points can impact the part of the body to which they correspond.

The World Health Organization, WHO, recognized auriculotherapy as a therapeutic discipline in its own right and in 1990 provided a framework for standardizing auriculotherapy.

In France, the High Authority of Health (HAS) has also recognized the action of auriculotherapy for many disorders.

The session consists of

  • Analysis of your symptoms and your needs

  • Ear reflexology

  • Palpation of the ear using a retractable probe

  • Placement of seeds or magnets that you will keep between 3 and 5 days, allowing you to work your ears effectively between treatments. Ear seeds are an excellent complement to reflexology treatments, as they allow the results to be prolonged and the balance process to continue at home.

This treatment can be booked together with other treatments.

Ear seeding only can also compliment other treatments as an add-on.
