Virtual session - Baby & Toddler Reflex
Online session of Baby or Toddler Reflex throught Zoom technology
Service Description
One online Baby Reflex session For parents having babies from age 4 weeks to around 14 mouths - pre walking age £20 - To be paid in full online before the session Duration: Around 30 min From the comfort of your own home and without the need for face-to-face contact, you can access Baby Reflex sessions via Zoom Technology. You will need to download the free zoom app in advance (if using a phone or iPad) or the Zoom Meetings Application if using a computer and sign up for a free account. Then, you will be sent a link to join a video call. Before the video call you will be assessed using a consultation form. For the practical element of the session, I will be able to see you and can check your technique every step of the way as I guide you through a short Baby Reflex sequence.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling of mobile appointment (home visit) and a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointment in treatment rooms. A £20 deposit is required for each treatment (considered included in the upfront payment for a package of 6 sessions). For home visits: - With more than 48 hours' notice, I will reschedule your appointment or fully refund your deposit. - With between 48 and 24 hours' notice, 50% of the deposit will be retained. The remaining £10 will either be refunded or credited towards a future deposit, at your discretion. - With less than 24 hours' notice or in case of no-show (incorrect address or absence from home upon my arrival), the deposit will be retained in full, no refund will be issued and the remaining balance will be due. For treatment room options - With more than 24 hours' notice, I will reschedule your appointment or fully refund your deposit. - With less than 24 hours' notice or in case of no-show, the deposit will be retained in full, no refund will be issued and the remaining balance will be due.
